Where do you work from?
We work from a residential office in Wakefield. This provides our clients with the utmost privacy and enables us to give a personalised service.

Do you get all the special deals and are you competitive on price?
Yes we do!! With preferred agreements with New Zealand’s major travel suppliers and airlines

Do you charge fees?
Yes!! With many airlines and hotels no longer paying agency commission the value we add
to your travel arrangements is recognised through a fee. Our professional fees will be advised

How can we pay?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, cheque or electronic deposits for all transactions.
A service fee may apply.
What are your office hours?
We are available Monday to Friday for new quotes and bookings. However as part of our
service commitment to you, we are on call 24/7 for any emergency and are more than happy
to meet at a time that suits you outside those hours.
