Where do you work from?
We work from both a residential office and an office at Mondo Richmond. This provides our clients with the utmost privacy and enables us to give a personalised service. We welcome your enquiry for an appointment time.  Or we are happy to help you over the telephone or if you prefer we can communicate by email.

Do you get all the special deals and are you competitive on price?
Yes we do!! With preferred agreements with New Zealand's major travel suppliers and airlines we can offer our clients a wide range of options at competitive pricing. Our buying power ensures the very best deals in the market today, benefits we then pass on to you, our customers.


Do you charge fees?

How can we pay?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, cheque or electronic deposits for all transactions. A service fee may apply.

What are your office hours?
We are available Monday to Friday for new quotes and bookings. However as part of our service commitment to you, we are on call 24/7 for any emergency and are more than happy to meet at a time that suits you outside those hours.
